Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase on chakraduo.com. By purchasing, you accept them.

1. Who sells

The ChakraDuo service is designed and provided by Stéphane, creator of ChakraDuo (see the legal notice). The sale itself is made by our official reseller, Gumroad: it collects the payment, applies your country's taxes and sends you the invoice. Its own terms of sale also apply to the payment.

2. What you buy

• Solo journey: the individual questionnaire, your map of the 7 chakras, your action plan, the portrait of your ideal partner and your PDF report.
• Couple journey: each partner's questionnaires and the couple's, your three linked maps, your three action plans, and one year of follow-up (4 full reviews and 8 check-ups), with a PDF report at each step.

Each offer is described in detail on the home page, with previews of the results.

ChakraDuo is a personal reflection tool. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment or therapy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the home page, taxes included where they apply. The final amount, with your country's taxes, is shown before you confirm the payment. It is a one-time payment: it is not a subscription, and nothing more will be charged afterwards.

4. Access

Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, in your member area. It is personal: a solo access for one person, a couple access for both partners. For the couple journey, the follow-up is available for 12 months from the purchase. The PDF reports you have downloaded remain yours, with no time limit.

5. Right of withdrawal

ChakraDuo is digital content delivered immediately. When you pay, you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. For this reason, a purchase cannot be refunded once access has been opened.

If a technical problem prevents you from using the service and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

6. Upgrading from solo to couple

You can upgrade to the couple journey at any time, paying only the difference between the two prices in force at the time of the upgrade.

7. Giving ChakraDuo as a gift

You can give ChakraDuo as a gift: you receive a gift code to pass on. The code is valid for 12 months from the purchase. The right of withdrawal ends as soon as the code is used.

8. Minimum age

The service is reserved for people aged 18 and over.

9. Fair use

Your access is personal. Sharing it, reselling it or copying the service's content is prohibited. In case of abuse, we may suspend the access concerned.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep the service running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. The advice offered consists of general well-being suggestions: you remain the sole judge of what you choose to apply. If you have any doubt about your health, consult a professional.

11. Personal data

Your answers and your data are processed as described on our Privacy page.

12. Questions or disagreements

Please write to us first at chakraduo@protonmail.com: we reply within 7 days and always look for an amicable solution.

These terms are governed by the law of Panama. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection granted by the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are those in force on the day you made it.
